The Constitution of the United States is clear. Our rights do not only extend to citizens. They are “inalienable” rights, handed down to us by God not the framers. With this in mind, wouldn’t the 2nd Amendment apply to anyone and everyone?

It is clear that if you are a felon, you can not posses a firearm, but being here illegally is only a misdemeanor crime. I have been saying for a very long time that sneaking into America should be a felony. Let’s make it one. Until we do, Illegals most likely are entitled to the same rights as American Citizens.
