The Supreme Court’s Chevron decision is a win for American citizens. The ills of the “Chevron Doctrine,” the idea that agencies could interpret vague laws and institute their own regulations side-stepping Congress, were on display in full force during COVID.

Mandates, lockdowns, workplace rules and the list goes on. All of it was an over reach by government. When the next “Pandemic” is declared, the government will have a hard time making its own oppressive rules to use against you.
