California is considering a series of bills that are aimed at allowing the state to kidnap your child with no investigation and with no input from you as a parent. They want to give any child over the age of 12, the ability to check themselves in to a state, sponsored group home without parental consent or even knowledge.

Another bill, wants to turn any parent who doesn’t affirm their child’s gender identity into a criminal!  California state representative. Bill Essayli is fighting back. He is our guest.
