YouTube strikes again. This time putting famed Dr. Drew Pinsky in its crosshairs. YouTube removed one of Dr. Drew’s latest videos for violating “Community Guidelines” for spreading “Medical Mis-information.” The problem is the video doesn’t contain “mis-information.” It contains opinion at worst, facts at best.

Making matters worse for YouTube is the statements in question come from a board certified medical doctor as well as a licensed attorney referencing a lawsuit he filed.
